I’ve always dyed my hair here but this time the guy rudely told me it’d be too much work for him to do it and I should go somewhere else. Was it because of my neck tattoos? I don’t know but it was so disappointing because this is my go to place. I guess I should listened to him and start going somewhere else…

We started taking the kids here. The cost is 3 dollars more then kids places and they get an awesome cut.

I’ve been coming to this place since i was 6. For anything between a long weekend to a special occasion, count on these guys to do it right every time and are always friendly, I recommend Joseph , Maria and that new gent 2nd chair down the right side

My favourite barber shop in Mississauga. Clean and courteous. Appointment notifications. Razor finish. It's a new classic.

We usually take our family of 4 boys here for haircuts, and have been for the last 4 years. The boys haircuts are not cheap, at $25 each, which I don’t mind paying for good quality. It’s a hit and miss depending on which barber you get, Ashley and Maria are good. I get hot shaved here, which are $35 and a head shave is also $35. It used to be an amazing experience, but Clint the barber has since left, and nobody has been able to fill his shoes and do a great shave. I had Jennifer shave me recently, and she was on her cell phone against her ear while shaving me at times, and butchered me with bumps and scrapes. I recently bought a Wahl shaver from them and wanted to buy a second one for my brother. I called and asked if they had it in stock, they said they had a different model only and that the price was $115. The person on the phone was not able to multi task and answer simple questions like what time do they close at. I spoke to a man who assured me the price and that it was in stock. I drove there on Christmas Eve day and when I got to the store, they tried to charge me $162.00, saying that they had it proved wrong and told me the wrong price on the phone. Being a loyal customer, and a business owner myself, I asked them to honour the price they gave me on the phone since the mistake was theirs. He told me that he could give me 10% off. Not acceptable, my time is valuable and to bait and switch me and charge such a difference in price with no apology is not acceptable. I left, and unfortunately will never return to this location. The quality has diminished over the years and their customer service is not acceptable.

My first and last time in this place. The barber had zero customer service skills and doesn't know how to cut hair. I asked for a fade and was clear what I am looking for, he gave me a skin fade and it was too late to stop him. He doesn't know how to cut hair with scissors on the top. Seems like he only saw one youtube video and took it from there. I arrived 11:40, 11:55 he wanted to end it and said is that ok? Normally, for a nice fade you need 45 mins. The guy was extremely weird doesn't know what baby hair is. At the end, my hair on the top right was longer than on the left. He seemed annoyed every time I asked him to fix something. Clearly doesn't know what he is doing. Most terrible experience.

Its easy to make that decision to never go there again, when your first experience itself is bad. They took me in for a walk-in 30 minutes after I walked in.The shop was empty at this point. I was apparently the last customer. The receptionist asked me to pay before the haircut since I'm the last customer. Then she asked me if I'd leave a tip "on good faith" "before I got a hair cut" "in a place I've never visited before". I said no. I see smirk faces. That was a $30 haircut (not complaining, just to put into perspective). I got a buzz cut. The barber (he said his name was Ray or something) was in such a hurry, he literally ran the machine couple of times up and down and got me out of the chair. He wasn't shy to tell me "I don't have time for that" couple of times to me. I had to cut the remaining hair at home myself.
