The woman that helped my mom, directed her with the right size and style (i have a wide foot and i can't have anything with a high heel). Thank you to the woman who helped my mom because my mom was going to get my another style but you stopped her and told her that the 500 make in a 10 1/2 was the best and she was right! lol

Asked them to take their time repairing, whatever the cost. Quoted about $180 a pair, which was fine and even though I said to take their time, they still said it'd only be a few days. Which was great. Returned a few days later to not only exquisticly repaired boots, but cleaned and polished. They looked great and feel great and I am overjoyed. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND this businesses craftsmanship and it ended up being far less money than they originally quoted me! Bonus! Needless to say, I left them a tip as well. Ten out of ten toes will agree!

Highly recommend it not only because it is cheaper than buying new but it also reduces waste and helps to support a small business and keep such specialty services in our community!

I explained to Mr. Thanasis the issues I was having and he knew exactly what I needed to make my boots comfortable. When I picked up my boots they looked 100% better then when I dropped them off, he had buffed and shined them up. So pleased with the service!
