β β β β β Dangerous Service! Richmond Hospital recommended this pharmacy to manage my mom's insulin. Some days my mom didn't receive her insulin because no one showed up to give it to her. I called to complain, but was given excuse after excuse. The final straw was when my mom ended up in back in the hospital because she missed her medicine. I would NEVER recommend this place.

β β β β β I have found Terra Nova Pharmacy to be very helpful. Everyone is very supportive and well-informed. The Pharmacists at Terra Nova Pharmacy have gone the extra mile to help me. They take the time to listen and they truly care. They are supportive and help me when I need to see a doctor, even going to the other side (Terra Nova Medical) to see if there is a spot open. They took the time to cut my pills for me into quarters. I can not say enough good things about Terra Nova Pharmacy. Thank you so much. Emily.
