β β β β β wish I could give this clinic one star! they're impossible to schedule with, confusing, hard to contact, will send automatic confirmation for you appointment when its not actually scheduled nor confirmed. consistently call me day of appointment to CANCEL never reschedule. when I do finally get the appointment, doctor rushes, doesn't listen, makes me feel uncomfortable and even stupid for asking for help. (this was when I was concussed and actually ended up needing physio)

β β β β β Made an appointment, specifically a telemedicine appointment so they were supposed to call me. I confirmed that someone would be calling me prior to my appointment. No one called. When I called back, they informed me they could reschedule the appointment to a couple days later. Again, no call. Giving 2 stars, as my first visit years ago was a positive one. Unfortunately this one was a total disappointment.

β β β β β I think this is the most decent walk-in clinic in Richmond out of all those overcrowded terrible ones. Doctors are usually on time and they are kind. Of course you need to go to specialist to figure your symptom out in depth but for primary care, this clinic is pretty good.

β β β β β Despise of some of recent low reviews, I still believe this is the best family doctor clinic I have been to. The staff was really friendly and patient even though I know they are extremely busy. Dr. Julie Wilson always answers my question with the kind and professional manner. I have moved away from Richmond but I still consider this is the only place I will go if I want a family doctor appointment.

β β β β β My wife and I have Mark Ventura as our Nurse Practitioner. His care has been great. He is very thorough and we always feel well taken care of by him. He doesn't simply try to get you through your appointment like some other clinics but actually follows up and makes sure your needs are resolved appropriately.

β β β β β Doctor was quick, to-the point and answered all my questions, staff was very helpful, especially the gentleman who was graciously assisting a disabled senior citizen. Sadly, the waiting time was a bit longer than expected but good patient care overall. Clean & self check-in facility is a plus.

β β β β β I was a bit apprehensive coming to this clinic nearly 8 yrs ago after my long time doctor in Richmond retired. When my husbands health took a sudden turn, Dr. Ali was quick to arrange specialists and follow up care, even phone calls after hours to our home. We really felt taken care of.
The ease of booking online and tele-med appointments is very much appreciated. The appointments are quick, but never rushed and I've always felt that the discussion of my health is his top priority.
There have been some hiccups along the way, but mostly office issues, which were rectified immediately by discussing with him.
I'm happy to say that Dr. Ali has calmed those initial concerns and our doctor / patient relationship has grown into one that I trust completely.
