Andrea did a fantastic job in presenting and selling my home... and Adam was instrumental in negotiating my purchase of a new lot for my retirement. As always over the years Pattie and her team have always been top notch professionals who are knowledgable on the market trends, her team are skilled analysts at finding your market price. Most important, Patti has always treated me as more than just a client, she leads a team who all have carried my best interest at heart with their open honesty and genuine caring. Something that is very rare these days. I have never hesitated recommending them to my friends and family and I have no hesitations now.

Patti even took time during a family long weekend to personally drive me to view the property. Add in Jenniferβs hands on personal touch with the sellerβs agent and it was a winning combination. From first contact, we knew we were in excellent, professional hands and were so pleased we had made this choice in our realtor. Patti is so experienced and capable, knows the market extremely well, is honest in all her advice, communicates clearly and often, and is simply a pleasure to deal with. Our home sold in less than a week and at a price over asking. You can't ask for better service than that! One of Patti's team members, Jennifer Adams, took the lead in helping us find our new home. Thanks to Patti's expertise and instinct, we sold our last home at the exact right time to take advantage of the market. The entire process was easy and uncomplicated, and Patti and Jenn's professionalism and confidence really put us at ease. They are true experts in the field. They were very attentive to our needs and worked with our schedule, often making us feel like we were their only clients when in reality they had many. They really do go above and beyond.
I really appreciate that with Patti and her team, you aren't just a valued client for the duration of the time that you are buying/selling. Patti helped me buy my first apartment in 2009, and most recently, helped me buy my current home earlier this year. Over that span of thirteen years, with some more buying and selling in between, she has kept in touch with me about the market, has checked in to see how I'm doing, and regularly drops off thoughtful tokens of appreciation. We closed on our most recent purchase seven months ago, and we are still getting updates on units for sale in our townhouse complex from Jenn.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Patti and her team to anyone looking to buy/sell!
