He kept in mind our needs: location, costs and living with a 65 lb dog in mind to find us the house that we are still in now. Highly recommended.

Though our sale had gone through , we hadn't purchased yet , but Jim phoned & said "you better come look at this quickly " we did & made an offer immediately , he had it exactly right what we wanted & found it !! How many realtors can you say that about ? We will not hesitate to use Jim if we decide to buy or sell again

My calls wear always returned promptly and his work ethic was unrelenting. The market insight provided was clear and far reaching. With my listing being a revenue property Jim had to deal with renters that might not be as motivated as an owner wanting to sell. Jim took the stress out of selling my listing during a very stressful time in my life.
