Brittany went above and beyond to assist us with setting up new business account with 2 new devices. She was patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. Would recommend this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to give a shout out to Mackenzie, who helped me and my mom do a data switch on the weekend on a Galaxy that I bought online through Telus. She was alone and still had a customer waiting, but was patient and understanding and she deserved to be commended for it. She didn't rush us and was super easy going, knowledgeable and cared. I hope someone can give her the props she deserves, for not only being alone (with more than one customer), but being solid in her customer service. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had to leave a review after the amazing experience I had today! After being to 2 other stores looking for an iPhone 13, I was getting a bit disappointed. I popped into the Telus store just to see and was greeted by Brad. He let me know they had a few of the phones in stock and would be happy to help. I was then helped by Zack, and even though he is new to the store, he knew his stuff. This upgrade was seamless! Thank you so much Zack and Brad for an amazing customer service experience. I will be coming back in the future for upgrades and new products. I will also be recommending your location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telus - after months and months of dropped calls, calls cutting in and out all over the city, we reached out to telus. Tried several times to communicate and get any response, and have to date received nothing but a ticket number, and promise that it has been elevated. They haven't even reached out to us. Their customer service is a joke they haven't even tried to resolve our concerns and wont acknowledge their changes in towers locations and set up is causing serious problems for their customers. I would not recommend anyone use this service. We will not be continuing doing business with them moving forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Might as well skip going in because you’ll get a better deal online! (Especially if you are a young adult) When I went in to buy a new phone on a new plan for the first time by myself. I was told I’d be paying upwards of $1000 for the phone upfront today because of my lack of credit. Not to mention the sales representative was rude and ultimately not knowledgable or trained to do his job right. The sales rep offered no solution to lower my price didn’t suggest another phone, another plan, or anything like that just basically told me I was SOL. I then go online to telusmobility.ca and I was approved for A brand-new iPhone 13 no problem I actually paid $71 upfront in total. The robot on Telus site is definitely more helpful than the people in the store I am very disappointed in these sale representatives as well as the store as a whole. Once again to not get ripped off I highly recommend just using the Telus website!
