★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving two stars because the lady I originally interacted with at the store was very nice. I went in to this store and drove across the city to "buy local" and purchase a gift for my husband working out of town.
I ended up purchasing $40 underwear and when I got home I realized while I was shipping out his package for his birthday that I grabbed the wrong size. No worries, I thought since they are unopened I could just exchange them for a different size the next day. This was not the case, I called and they said they would not honour an exchange because they are underwear regardless that I have not even taken them out of the bag.
Extremely disappointed to have spent $70 on a pair of underwear and socks and birthday card for my husband to have half the gift not going out to him. I am a small business owner as well, and I do understand that they are undergarments, although it should be a case by case situation for returns. Even though this was not a return, it was an exchange. I would have happily brought them in for them to see that they legit have not been taken out of the package. Now I am stuck with mens underwear that I just cant use and i am forced to go out yet again and find him another half of his present.
