★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a very good meal from a restaurant that seems to really try to have a great image and experience.
Despite their effort, my meal wasnt very good. The miso soup and banana balls were not very warm, the burger had very little flavour other then the bun and everything fell out as soon as i took my first bite and i couldent finish the seaweed salad since i didnt like the dressing on it.
Over all, i was expecting sushi quality fast food...but instead i got fast food quality sushi
Very dissapointing, not going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 50 mins for one Salmon and two Karaage Chicken & Mango poke bowls. It was clearly grilled. I’m not sure what happened, I feel ripped off paying and waiting for something I didn’t order or want. Ate it all, it did the job, of course after being starving then waiting 50 mins getting home to find it was the wrong order Was beyond disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super slow service, waited 45 minutes for two bowls. Tried after 30 minutes to get a refund and was assured it would be only ten minutes more. The guys behind the counter were trying their best, but I honestly just didn’t have the time to wait 45 minutes for food. Wouldn’t recommend if you have time constraints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ordered from here due to the great score on skip the dishes. Well, it must be fake reviews because this was hands down one of the worst sushi I have tried in the city. The rice was hard and seemed old and the fish definitely didn't taste fresh. Wish I could get my money back. Super disappointing. Do NOT reccomend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Poke bowls never disappoint! the service was amazing, the same guy has served me both times i visited and he was so sweet. i’ve noticed he’s been working alone both times and it can get quite busy. would recommend to others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say the customer service was fabulous!! My first time visiting and I will be back. My son had ordered a bubble tea with his sushi, he took 2 sips and managed to knock the whole thing onto the floor making such a mess. Bubble Tea everywhere, he tried to clean up it himself but was making more of a mess. The staff, said not to worry we will clean it up but they were so busy, I felt so bad that there was such a mess everywhere. During the time of us finishing up our meal, they brought over a fresh new bubble tea for my son. The staff said "accidents happens" and "not to worry, we will clean up the mess". I thought that was so kind and never thought they would replace the drink for us. I've never had such good customer service before in a fast casual restaurant. The food was delicious too!! WE will be back to visit but this time with out making a mess!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have enjoyed going to this place for a number of years but the food I was served recently has gone downhill a lot. You also can't access their website to see their menu and they won't give you information to speak to a manager so I am stuck with leaving a review to provide feedback. I will happily change my review if the quality improves again but it's not cheap to buy and this was unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only get Sushi about once a year and decided to try a new place tonight. I should have not have experimented. I got the shrimp tempura, which tasted horrible. It was cold and it tasted like various other dishes. You could tell they fry everything in that oil. The music soup tasted off and a bit salty like it was old. The biggest thing that they didn't have was Eel sauce... I mean what Sushi place doesn't have eel sauce??????!!!!!??!?!?!?! The really don't have much of a variety and their website doesn't work to even see the menu.( I've taken clear pictures for anyone's reference) the sushi itself wasn't the best tasting one I've had. Also, when I came in, I wasn't even acknowledged. They do share the space with Thai Express. Overall, I wouldn't come back.
