★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best edo in all of southern Alberta and likely elsewhere. The staff are all very friendly and professional. They go above and beyond each time I visit; which is daily. They never fuss or complain about my picky orders. A huge shoutout to my man Noel who always makes me leave with a smile and a delicious meal!

Decent customer service at this joint, morning above average though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like edo and we pick it up a lot from the mcleod tr location. I went to this location to pick up lunch and will probably never go back. The girl at the till was rude, and very into her phone but overall this is where fast food has gone anyway. The other girl on the grill though was horrible. I watched as she got the order wrong for the guy in front of me, then scrape off something and then add more sauce and just toss him a lid and walk away. Then I stood there watching as the chicken on the grill kept cooking but now nobody was there. She came back to see it burning and scraped it off and put it on mine. Then again just tossed the lid toward me and walked away. when she came back, I was still cleaning the side from the sauce she’d put on and squishing the lid on. What happened to good customer service? When I was at this edo I felt like I was doing something wrong or inconveniencing them by ordering food. I’m sure the guy ahead of me felt the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just arrived home from picking up Edo for our family. We asked for 3 times teriyaki sauce on each. It’s completely watered down and doesn’t taste like edo from having a month ago. When you cut corners and water down your main sauce, you lose sight of your brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely Foul! I have eaten at this location a few times and 3/4 of my experiences here have been disgusting. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. One occasion I ordered sushi and got food poisoning shortly after and was throwing up the rest of the night. None of the food here is fresh EVER! Always prepackaged and crusty, soggy, or slimy (when it comes to sushi) my boyfriends bento box this occasion was also no where near fresh and everything is old. We will never go to this location again and I would advise anyone wanting Edo food to go to any other location in Calgary. Didn’t want to cook today, looks like I’ll still have to. Nasty and terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dine here a lot. Feel like they have changed ownership and the food quality is not quite as good as it used to be. They put pepper on the edamame which was very odd. Had the Orange chicken this time - it was quite good, but would like to see more orange sauce instead of a bit of orange sauce and then the teriyaki sauce with it tasted not right. Also would like to see grilled chicken with the orange chicken instead of the "crispy"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this location to be very good. The Sukiyaki beef of good portion size, fresh and hot with lots of broccoli (I love broccoli). The teriyaki sauce was rich, thick and delicious, unlike several other locations i’ve been too in Calgary. I’ll be back.
