★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff looks to be overworked especially at breakfast and lunch time. They are pleasant at the counter but too busy for niceties. Love your food and the original coffee. The new coffee, the stronger one would be sold more if it was Columbian. I'd say 6 out of 10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The breakfast sandwich was very greasy. My wife did not like it but scarfed it down as she was hangry lol hungry. I was going to tell them but like usual receipt not offered. It was clean and follows alberta Exemptions program.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly not good service. They never seem to have much in so your sitting at the speaker trying to find something else to order and again they don’t have the product. Once order was complete we were asked to wait at the speaker as they are being timed and it would take a while so they didn’t want us driving up yet. There were 5 people waiting behind us…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had said a year ago that the service was fast and friendly, well from a five star to.. It's dirty, tge knapkins are kept behind the counter, toilets don't get attention at all and it's a new Tims. Well now I say you have A well deserved 1 star. I suggest an audit from head office if they care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service sucks! I have been waiting for a quite at drive thru, then the lady said, she is doing a big order at the moment. After waiting for a while, then I entered the restaurant. Still, no one asked me, how can they help. There were only two people working and they were busy in doing their own stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the slowest service from a tim hortons youll ever get. They ONLY serve the drive through, and the parkinglot is a nightmare. If you hope to walk in and get a coffee during any kind of morning hours, expect to stand there and look at the backs of heads while you dont get service
