All staff and members of the team are very helpful and have a very positive attitude no matter what you go for. Always helpful and very up-to-date on the new features of phones models and any of the services that they offer. Very descriptive very laid out and very clear with what is expected on each end.

Terrible customer service. My girlfriend and I were shopping around for new phone plans and went to check out what Telus had to offer. the employee we talked with didn't let us in the store and really didn't seem too interested in landing us as new clients. We asked for some sort of brochure or pricing guide and he said he didn't have one. We then asked him to write down some information for us and he said he didn't have any paper. We had to give him a paper we'd received from a different cellphone company so he could write on the back. We will not be going back and will advise everyone we know to stay away.

Took way longer than it should've setting up a new sim on an international phone. Staff Cailin generally unprofessional and uncaring. Processed a payment for a prepaid account, and then told me after that I couldn't transfer over an existing number which I explicitly stated was my reason for coming to the store, only to then go back on this later. A shambles, wouldn't recommend.

I have been buying my phones at this location since the store was AWC. It has always been excellent until today. The person who I talked to was condescending and quite rude. My plan is old and I expected a bit of an increase but I didn't expect it to double! This person was not helpful at all and portrayed a take it or leave it attitude! He was the one seated next to the storeroom and it was about 11:30. I don't know if I will ever go back.

Great experience that I would recommend to anyone. I found myself in a bind and in need of internet services. As a mobility customer I already knew where to take my business. From the time I walked up to the store, to the time I walked out. Jaxon was very friendly, polite and super helpful. He greeted me, helped me find a new(cheaper) phone plan and a great internet package. I have quite a few years of sales experience and I can safely say that with the customer experience I had today, while small. Was very reassuring and helped me solve a big inconvenience!

I’ve gone here quite frequently recently as I was shopping for a new phone and phone plan. The staff was rude the first time I went in, and it put a poor taste in my mouth. Still, I already had a plan here so I tried again another day. The second time they told me that they couldn’t do anything to help me because I had to call and speak to someone in order to do anything about my account. I finally decided to go to someone else who could help me in person, and when I went back to Telus to return my Bring It Back phone they told me I needed authorization for the other person on my account to return my phone. I have a very tight schedule and am on a time limit to return this phone, and today is the only day that I’m able to do so. Not pleased that when I originally went in to discuss the phone plan they didn’t tell me I would need authorization to return the phone, even though it is my name on the phone and my name is on the account.

Great service!! Jackson was able to help me find the best option for a new phone after mine was lost. He even went as far as giving me tons of suggestions to help me decide what the best prices and plan was going forward. Very personable as well!
