★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an outstanding experience here. The manager Gammy went above and beyond to transfer over not 1, not 2, but 3 numbers from Fido and Bell to TELUS! Not an easy process from a technical perspective but he stuck with it and got it done. Impressive. He also searched and found some extra discounts available for my new plans not shown online or when speaking to the 1-800 customer reps. If it's time for an new plan or phone the TELUS Country Club store on Nanaimo Hwy should be your go-to!

Gammy is absolutely kind and professional especially with seniors.
Went to this store because i had issues with my Telus cellphone and home bill.
Gammy was able to make it easy for me. I am 75 year old and this store is one of my favourite stop shop.

I just made the switch to TELUS and am wishing I had done it years ago. They have my business from this point forward and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know
