D	Douglas Kelly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible o have a certain prescription that helps me over come severe drug addiction and the male pharmaceutical manager was soo rude as they lost my prescription, without any doubt ,I was told I can't do anything about it its the doctors problem not theirs .
b	brandon gabriel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a Type 2 diabetic who relies on insulin. It could be catastrophic for me if I don't receive my medications on time and in a timely manner. This location has failed miserably on at least four different occasions over a six month period. And never had my prescriptions ready when I need them. I have witnessed other clients try and get consistent service and watch them walk away disappointed for the same reasons. I'm taking my health care elsewhere. This is a terrible pharmacy.

You could politely point out the bell and not rudely say " there is a bell "and rudely ring it . If you can't handle customer service get another job.
a	allison noury on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called yesterday for a prescription pick up (birth control) they said to come at 7pm. I went back the following day and the pharmacist said "it's not ready, I'll get to it when I get to it". I said its just a pack of birth control and yesterday they said it was ready for pick up. And his response was "don't know what to tell ya, I'll get to it when I get to it". Extremely rude and poor service. Also, birthcontrol is extremely important to take on a specific time and day and this man completely brushed me off. It's 7pm and he said come back in an hour or two.... worst service. And very frustrating.
m	marl A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I phoned for my prescription cause I got a text saying that it's ready and the lady that I talked to was not happy for me to check if it was indeed ready. She goes well yup if got a text then it's ready. I'm like yes of course. I just don't want to go there wasting my time if it's not ready. What a customer service the pharmacy they have. They are not use to be like that. Will definitely not go there anymore.

She never has anything nice to say, is always angry, rude, argumentative, and speaks down to everyone. This isn't a single instance. It's everytime, every person. At least she doesn't discriminate who she shares her bad attitude with. ?

I have never had a problem in that store since I’ve been going there for about 8 years. Thanks to all of you.
S	Sandy Carey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacy staff. I have no idea where all the competent, friendly, knowledgeable and "go the extra mile" staff went. There seems to have been a mass exodus of them, and they were replaced by grumpy, hate their job, don't care about their customers, have small temper tantrums, staff. I leave there feeling worse than I did arriving, because of the atmosphere given off by everyone who works there. I work in the service industry, so I am more than aware of the challenge of finding good staff. Especially since covid hit. So please don't attempt to use this reason as an excuse. It's stressful as hell, but our staff still keep a smile on their face and our customers have no idea that we are overworked or working 6 days a week. I have given this location many opportunities over the last 6 months to prove to me, that perhaps, I just caught them on a bad day. Or a couple of bad days. Alas, it has been proven to me that they are simply like this every day. Such a shame. I wonder how many other customers have changed pharmacies for the same reason.
