Mais le service client en ligne est devenu plus qu'horrible.
C'est honteux. je vais meme canceler mon forfait avec eux même si j'ai des pénalités.
I've been doing business with Telus for over 10 years.
But online customer service has gotten more than horrible.
It is shameful. I will even cancel my package with them even if I have penalties.
