j	jennifer fortin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier j’ai magasiner et les salles d’essayage étaient fermées ont nous dit que sa ouvre à 17h je part pour y retourner après 17h pour pouvoir essayer et toujours fermer déjà que c’est pas remboursable et là aujourd’hui je viens pour échanger mes vêtements et ont me dit que je peut pas .. je comprends pas le service est tellement mal organisé sérieusement sa donne pu le gout de magasiner là, le service à la clientèle laisse vraiment à désirer Yesterday I shopped and the fitting rooms were closed they told us that it opens at 5 p.m. I'm leaving to go back there after 5 p.m. to be able to try and always close already that it's not refundable and there today I'm coming to exchange my clothes and they told me that I can't .. I don't understand the service is so badly organized seriously it makes you want to shop there, the customer service really leaves something to be desired

La salle d essayage étant fermé, je ne pouvais pas l essayer sur place. Rendue chez moi, je n aime pas le fit. Le lendemain je veux faire un échange. Le QR étant en vigueur, je ne peux pas entrer dans le magasin. Aucune solution ne m est offerte, ils ne veulent pas du tout me faire de crédit. Je suis prise avec de la marchandise que je n aime pas parce que je n ai pas de pass sanitaire.. Je venais juste d en échangé chez l Aubainerie qui eux avaient pensé à mettre des mesures pour ne pas perdre leur clients. Service à la clientèle très décevant. Je n irai plus là I often bought in your store I bought jeans the day before the QR came into effect. The fitting room being closed, I could not try it on the spot. When I got home, I don't like the fit. The next day I want to make an exchange. Since the QR is in effect, I cannot enter the store. No solution is offered to me, they do not want to give me credit at all. I'm stuck with merchandise that I don't like because I don't have a health pass. I had just exchanged some at Aubainerie, who had thought of putting measures in place so as not to lose their customers. Very disappointing customer service. I won't go there anymore

Les grilles étaient déjà fermées mais je pouvais voir 2 employées derrière les caisses. Alors j'ai appelé disant que je voulais seulement faire un retour, leur demandant de m'ouvrir. On m'a répondu un gros NON ben bête. On m'a jamais ouvert malgré que j'étais en dedans des heures d'ouverture. Le service est jamais super bon dans cette location mais la c'était vraiment irrespectueux comme expérience. I showed up yesterday at 4:40 p.m. when it indicated that it was closing at 5:00 p.m. The gates were already closed but I could see 2 employees behind the checkouts. So I called saying I just wanted to make a comeback, asking them to open up. I was told a big, stupid NO. I was never opened even though I was within opening hours. The service is never super good in this location but it was really disrespectful as an experience.
