★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owning a small computer shop and in a small part some competition.. the people working in the tech services division at London Drugs have been amazing. For services I don't do here I refer to them. I dropped my retail a while back and moved more in to cybersecurity. When a client is looking for a computer I often send them to London Drugs. Reason is simple. The sales team will ask them questions and base their sale on needs rather than just selling what they can. Steven worked with me a number of years ago and is a huge fountain of knowledge. He shares with people in language they understand making the transaction easy and comfortable for clients. Also some services they do provide ie: data transfers... they are aware I do that here and don't try to take business away, more one hand feeding the other. I'm guessing over the years the management has been very selective with who they hire. Their prices may be a bit higher with some things as opposed to their competition but you have knowledgeable sales people there to help you, not just sales people in general. If your looking for electronics and want to be sure you know what your buying will fit your needs check these guys out. You won't be disappointed. - Dan Microdyne Computer Services.
