★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have found the manager to be unhelpful and a little unfriendly. Have also had difficulty with returns at this store... Have a strict 30-day policy and make no exceptions, even online orders which require shipping time.
Also good luck accessing the store with a wheelchair or stroller; double doors and they lock the handicap sensored door.
With so many great clothing shops in town with friendly staff and great customer service policies, I won't be shopping here again.

I was personally helped by the store manager and she made sure I was taken care of and offered some great outfit ideas for my event I was attending. Stylist events are great and also come with great deals! I would highly recommend this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very friendly, but I'm frustrated thst they mixed the tall pants in with all the other sizes around the store. They used to have a rack for just the tall pants and it was so convient as I'm from out of town and could just zip in there, try on pants, buy what I liked and leave. Now it takes much longer and I dont have the time.
