★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am thoroughly impressed with the service I received today. I went in looking for a bed frame and was approached by Chokri in a timely manner. From the start, he was friendly and easy to talk to. Unlike many sales consultants, he was not pushy at all. Even though the store didn’t quite have what I was originally looking for, he showed me some great alternatives. Chokri was patient and knowledgeable about the items I was looking at. I didn’t buy a bed frame today, but the likelihood of me returning to the store is high. Thank you, ‘Shook,’ for a pleasant shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a box spring at the Brick yesterday thinking it would solve a problem I was having but after talking with the salesman, Mike Robinson and all his knowledge it lead me to the decision I actually needed a new mattress! He was extremely knowledgeable and everything and was a great help in making my decision! Great job and thank you very much!

My old Brick card was no longer the way the Brick does credit anymore so he had to help me sign up to new company they dealt with for finances. To say the least it was a long process with the credit company. About 2hrs after going in the Brick doors to leaving Shook was fantastic at helping me get my order completed and with good company. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amber was very professional from the time I walked through the front door when she greeted me. After looking around for a bit we had eye to eye contact and she came over. She was very helpful listening to what my needs were. When I chose my purchases for the day she was training another employee asking if that was okay, I Said sure! What a great trainer wish I would have had the same training training she was providing. Great job Amber, I will recommend your professionalism to everybody. Thanks again, Brad

Not only that, he paid attention to details of what I needed and found me good deals/ discount. In a nutshell, he went above and beyond to ensure I got top notch service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so happy with the professional and knowledgeable help I received from Kurtis was fantastic.
Then the chair was delivered.. the delivery team had a really hard time with my boxed massage chair. I the stairwell I heard many bangs and bumps. Then when they were at my door they were at a complete loss as to how to get the chair in to my apartment. I showed them how.. but I wanted the chair in my bedroom. From the looks on their faces I decided it was best to just let them leave.
I’m sure the delivery was rough because the chair doesn’t work!!!!!!!!!
$5000 later and delivered and the thing doesn’t work!!!!!! Soooooooo disappointed and sad!! I have a huge chair and a massive box stuck in my house until the brick can help!!
Can’t return! No Stock! No repair! A MONTH TO REPLACE!!!!!! Extremely angry. Make sure you can test the chair or something, my god!

He directed us to the best bed for our own situation, and gave us multiple prices ranges to choose from. Working with him was great because he showed us different options, gave us the info we needed to know for our situation, but didn’t pressure us either way. If you’re buying a bed from the Brick, as for Mike!
