β β β β β Absolutely love the Leon's crew. From in the store all the way to your front door. Always exceptional service. I have always dealt with the same girl. I highly recommend her. (Jenn) she knows what I like and knows what I'm looking for. The delivery guys are amazing and an absolute delight. Hard working crew they have. Very lucky to have such amazing workers.

β β β β β We needed a new fridge as our old fridge was beyond repair. Justin Coghill was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful . We learned more about fridges and how they work than we had from the service men who came to fix our old fridge. We are expecting delivery next Saturday a one week wait . In these strange time this very quick service. Justin has assured us delivery will be achieved without any damage to our property or the new fridge. We will Δ·eep you updated.

β β β β β I recently took possession of a new home and the builder had suggested Leon's for the appliances. Leon's pricing was very competitive compared to other stores in town. I dealt with Jen @ Leon's for all the appliances and bedroom furniture. She was really helpful and knowledgeable about options with different manufacturers. Thankfully, when there was a major delay on the washing machine, she was able to find an alternative set which saved me from not having a washing machine for 2 months. Will definitely deal with her again!

β β β β β Leonβs has always been great for me to deal with! I have a lot of their furniture and it stands up to my dog and my kiddo. The customer service is great and they are always willing to help me out, even when I canβt decide on which piece to go with. I recently purchased a new house and I will be heading straight to Leonβs to pick out more things to decorate and furnish it with!

β β β β β Not sure how to go about the supply chain issues. But I think the sales staff are aware and are misleading on actual dates of when they can get products. If they told the actual date of arrival I am sure they would lose a ton of business. So therefore they just throw a random number out and hope for the best. And deal with the disgruntled customer afterwards. But hey they get paid their commission. So what do they care? Prime example, full appliance package ordered four pieces, none of the items arrived when expected. According to the sales rep, it was originally 4 to 6 weeks, all were more than a month off. Off. Dishwasher was supposedly in Vancouver and then somehow disappeared and won't be coming for another month. The stove range was 6 weeks away and somehow jumped ahead in line and come in 2 weeks earlier? That makes no sense. That was good but that just tells me they have no idea and they won't tell the customer who are buying the issue. Come on guys! Get your act together at Leon's. Communication and honesty is key. Only reason for the three star is the appliances are in perfect shape and work awesome. Communication from Leon's itself. Not so good, sales rep. Rep honesty to customers, not so good. Delivery guys were awesome and no issues there. I am sure other companies are playing the same game. But you want good reviews, start being honest with the people that supply your paycheck.

β β β β β If I could give a negative star, I would. I am VERY disappointed with this store. we bought a washer/dryer set off the floor. We inspected it and there were no scratches. When we went to pick it up they had moved it to the loading dock and wrapped it in bubble wrap. we hauled it home and put it in the house and when we took the wrap off there were big scratches on the washer door. And I ABSOLUTELY know that we didn't scratch it. The wrap had no scratches. I called and was told that the company (Samsung) doesn't replace the door. It wasn't Samsung that scratched it, this store did it and should have insurance to cover it. I will never shop at this store again and I will tell anybody I know that they don't back their product. They offered me $50 off on a $2300 set! The pictures don't show it really good but this is what I see every time I come into my house!! NOT HAPPY!!!!
