★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to Best Buy today to purchase something with my son The place has changed, could not recognize any familiar face. Staff DID NOT WHAAAAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY DID NOT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO FIND OR WHAT WE WERE LOOKING for. Really sad the place has changed. It’s a shame. A no go for sure. Purchase online instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Landlord ordered a new fridge for us. I called today to see about what time it wuld show up as I have appointments today. The lady was sooo rude telling me that it is pvt information. But yet it's coming to my house I got the confirmation email after I said that she hung up on me. Hubby then calls and same thing they hang up on him. When a person spends over a grand in your store you should tell the receiver a time to expect it no? Not get all crotchety with me and hang up!!! Will not be buying any more of my appliances threw best buy. The customer service at the brick was way better then here too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A relief to have a store I can rely on to follow Covid-19 protocols! I found PS4 controllers here, even amidst the chip shortage.
There was tons of branded signage implemented, reminding customers to mask up and keep their distance.
The floor plan was logical and made for a comfortable shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just spent my my $800.00 at Visions! Asked where Drones section was greeter told me nicely. I couldn’t find it in the camera section. I walk around for a bit and finally go the tall guy in black talking to a guy in a suit about “transitioning” if he works there. He says yes. I ask him where I might find the drone. He repeats says camera section. I finally find it on my own behind the post. Well doors are locked no staff, they are all in the front section. I’m fed up and go to Visions. By the way Drones are cheaper there.

I stopped in on my road trip only one hour before closing and they were huge help getting my Microsoft Duo back from a black screen.
