β β β β β Cheapest smokes but some staff need to work on customer service skills. Christmas Eve 2021 around 7pm, I bought gas and 4 pkgs. of cigarettes. Finally at home a few hours later, I realize I was given the wrong smokes. So shortly after 9pm I go back. Thinking I didn't have the receipt, I describe the person I bought the cigarettes from so the new clerk would be assured that I did buy them there. She says the law says she can't exchange without a receipt for a controlled item like cigarettes. I've worked in retail for 30 years and she definitely couldn't refund me but I didn't want a refund, just the smokes I asked for. Turns out I had the receipt so she exchanges them and takes the trouble to inform me that I bear 50% of the blame since I didn't make sure myself that they were the right ones. Now it was a blizzard that night and I came in very tense from the drive but what started out as a minor error leading to a minor inconvenience has now become a case of poor customer service and poor people skills. It is NOT the customer's responsibility to make sure the cashier does their job properly but even should I think so at my job, I don't turn a minor situation into a confrontation. At least I don't. Anyone who works in retail knows that the customer is not always right, but those who give excellent customer service, know to accede gracefully when the customer IS. The cashier I originally purchased from was friendly and personable; she just made a mistake. Anyone can make a mistake. But the cashier working after 9pm that day may need some training. Or maybe she had a terrifying ride in herself and she WAS working Christmas Eve.....but this is another thing that isn't the customer's responsibility. At my workplace, after the receipt was provided, I would have exchanged them and said I apologize for the inconvenience with a smile. TLDR: customer blamed for cashier's mistake.

β β β β β Pumps were upgraded. Very clean handles, and easy interaction.
The shop attached here is minuscule, and does not have a bathroom or a coffee station.
Additionally, the attendant seemed annoyed by google reviews. While itβs nice to collect Optimum at this pumps, I wonβt return here.
