This place is a perfect example of walking in, EVERYONE wanting your business, than you are just another number. I honestly didn’t want to put any more of my energy into this place, but if I can help anyone going forward with a simple review, I would say don’t waste your time and money…

We had a great experience shopping here. Kenadee was really helpful, not pushy and very knowledgeable . She actually left us alone for a few minutes for my wife and I to take about our decision.

Update: I called Corporate head office and they are going to rectify the situation. I don't have to spend $700 end up with no furniture in return. Don't tolerate being mistreated by this store go above their head. The 2nd time I have dealt with this store and the 2nd time I have had the worst experience ever. Greedy anything to get your money whether you get your product or not. I have hip dysplasia in both my hips was told I would have my 0 gravity reclining sectional in 4 to 8 weeks they're talking 5 months now and when I said I cannot wait that long they want 10% of my money and no product. Terrinle service avoid it all cost run in the other direction. UPDATE: I called corporate head office they were fabulous they took care of everything and are going to make sure that I don't have to pay them $700 get no furniture in return

We were instantly greeted upon entering the store. The lady who greeted us was the same lady to show us around and was able to find us what we came in for. The service was absolutely amazing. The sale price was impossible to beat. We had an amazing experience and have talked about our service just as much as the purchase. Thank you Update: The delivery was today. The delivery folks were very kind curtious and professional. Not only did they set up my new furniture, they also moved and set up my old in another room. They did full function tests and visually inspected every inch. I also did the same. The furniture came in excellent condition and look amazing. We are so glad we made the purchase here and not elsewhere. Thank you again

One of the best experience I have ever had shopping for anything. Store is huge and very well decorated and product is easy to find and even see how it will potentially look in your own home, plus it is superiorly clean. All the staff we met were very helpful, but we had Paige as our salesperson, and she was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable with the products we were looking for, and even had us experience their special "beducation" mattress to find which would suit our own needs. She worked tirelessly to make our new bedroom set fit into our budget, gave us many options to do that, and never once made us feel pressured to "make the deal." She even made my wife tear up because of how wonderful she is. You walk into this store, and actually walk out feeling better than when you walked in. Never ever experienced that. Exceptional service. We will be back for any future purchases. Medicine Hat store.

I am absolutely amazed at the service I received today from Tara at my local store. I went to 3 stores today looking for a couch. At the first store I had a photos from their website of a couch I liked but they didn’t have it in stock. The sales person had zero idea where a comparison was in the store and when I asked what would happen if I ordered and didn’t like it he said β€œI dunno, maybe a restocking fee or something, you’d have to ask management” and then walked away to talk to someone else. The second stores sales person showed me kind of similar couches but then walked around recommending other couches that were no where near the style, colour and size that I wanted. Finally I walked into Ashley, Tara said: β€œWe don’t have that in stock but we have this couch that is the same comfort level for you to sit on and try and this one over here that has the same fabric for you to feel” she quickly worked up all the details of the purchase and was all together pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!!

Tara was so great to deal with. She knew the product well, gave us tons of options, and gave us no pressure at all to buy anything. We went to a couple other stores but nothing compared to the quality that Ashley's offers. We ended up buying the couch we wanted and she lined up delivery and everything. When it was delivered, the crew that came were very polite and professional. Can't recommend them enough. If you are in the market for new furniture, see Tara!

The staff at the store are great to work with but, guest care is the worst if you need to deal with them! This is the second time I’ve had to deal with them over a brand new item. This last time I bought a dining set, I received the table Wednesday afternoon and finally, after taking apart and removing my old table, I got to this one to set up. Clearly it came broken so I immediately tried calling guest care. This was at about 6:30 pm only to get an automated message saying they were closed and their business hours are till 7pm. Then after going into the store and having Rene contact service and send off my pictures all I could do was wait for their phone call. Once they finally called me they told me I have to re send the pictures and talk to the virtual assistant on their website. I got told I’ll get a call within 48 business hours! I now don’t have a dining table possibly all weekend. All I’m asking for is for it to be fixed and the fact that I have already waited a couple of days and possibly even longer now is ridiculous considering they are the ones who damaged it. Keep in mind product resolution should you need it! This company is horrible for it.
