Read online when booking that they would not groom if used, so I didn’t use them. Was called 1.5 hours after dropping off saying she has too much anxiety and is becoming a danger to herself and was not good with them picking her legs up. I picked her up and thankfully didn’t pay as the groom wasn’t complete. When I got her home and went to trim her now grinch feet, I saw that three of her rear leg nails had been quicked (to the point of bleeding). And two of them were quite bad. I understand her not wanting her feet to be touched now. Will not ever step foot in again.

However, the animal conditions seemed below par - very trapped looking reptiles in their adoption area. I have videos of this, should corporate be interested. Please step this treatment up.

His groomer, Ashley, explained the full procedure with me and I felt very comfortable leaving my Ollie in their care. He was in her care for 3 hours and when I picked Ollie up he was wagging his tail, happy and looked amazing! He had the Furminator pkg.and his fur looked so shiny, healthy and all the bulk of his fur was brushed out. I was very impressed with the grooming he had gotten! He’s definitely going to be a returning customer! Thank-you so much, Ashley! For Ollie, being a first-time customer, Ashley gave him an A+ for his behaviour over-all! :) Linda Cartwright.
S	Smokin Rog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually shop at the pet store itself. And will likely continue. However this review is for the grooming department. I had the staff book an appointment for my dog to be groomed. I had to wait 2 weeks for the appointment. I was told to have my vet email or fax over vaccine reports prior to the appointment. I did so while still in the parking lot when i left the booking. I arrive for my appointment after also confirming it within the 2 weeks i was waiting. The staff tells me i should never have been told to send in the reports and that i should have them on me to show them. After petty excuses on their behalf such as mat leave employee and under trained staff, i had to run home and see if i had a paper copy myself. When i found i did not i called in to cancel the appointment. When asked if i wanted to reschedule i said "no thank you I will book somewhere else". Instantly the staff hung up on me with no further response. This is such unprofessional behavior. I was just there and they were not busy. I was told there had to be 2 staff on sight while there was only 1. I was told the floor staff has had to fill in for the short staff but they are not properly trained as to how or what to tell the customer what they need to bring. Unfortunately you don't get a second chance to make a first impression so my business is going to someone else who can be more professional in their craft. I will also recommend anyone else does the same. Very rude and untrained staff here.
