★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a yellow sided conure and she really wants to fly and I was unaware the store clips there wings. Would have been nice to know this before hand. Not fair to the poor bird, not impressed. Other than that I’m very happy with the bird.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shop and service! We bought a baby Conure parrot from Exotic pets. Mr. Khan answered all our questions as it was our 1st time buying a bird. We come back from time to time to get nail trimings done for our parrot and really enjoy seeing other birds in his shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a beautiful canary and cage for a friend and she hopes it's a male. The owner of the pet shop thinks it is but we need to be patient because the bird is only 4 to 6 months old. My friend loves it when it churps. This bird just loves her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in the store and absolutely amazed we were helping our friend with a new companion / friend as Covid has been tough on us all. We purchased and donated via Professor Wrinklez charity foundation, a White (Rare) Beautiful Budgie now named Tinkerbell. I was so delighted we didn't go to Petsmart. This is a family run store and the birds fly freely, all of the animals are Raised with love and care and its shows. They were so knowledgeable and helpful. Truly Blessed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a conure from here a year ago. Really good customer service. They also offer bird sitting as well. We left our feathered friend with them for 3 nights. When we came back he was very healthy and very well looked after. I would highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT COME HERE WITH YOUR BIRDS!!!!! If you want to actually keep your birds and not lose them please do not come here. From someone who recently got told that their bird was already sold to someone else despite being assured that they would be able to get it back please do not bring any of your sick birds here to get better, you would never get your bird back. All I wanted was my bird back healthy and happy, we got cheated over and now the bird that was so important to me is with another couple. Please do not come here we have lost the bird that was very important to us and now in distraught over learning this!!!

Always pick up call and answer all your questions and guide you how to take care of your pet. He is great ? I highly recommend if anyone interested in getting bird.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my parrots to Exotic pets for the first time today to have their beaks and nails trimmed. I'm so happy I did. The staff are professionals. My birds were handled gently and with care. They carry high quality bird pellets and seed mixes, among other pet food. The assortment of toys cages and accessories is abundant. They have plenty of happy and healthy birds for sale. Exotic pets also provide bird lodging. I would free very comfortable leaving my birds here while on vacation. Summer, Monty & I thank you Exotic pets first A+ service.???
