★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our neighbourhood pet store. Usually its just wet food,or litter or maybe a toy. I went in for litter and looking for clippers for cats claws. I got taken right back to talk to the groomer who pointed out what kind to get and even got out her phone to give some tips on how to do it. Now that's service. Glad they're here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very rude. The lady there named kay first glanced at me when I came inside, she then walked away. I asked if I can have help she then told me to wait, so I did, I walked away to look a the cat toys. She stayed in the litter aisle she took out her phone and was texting I waited. She went to the back room before the back door closed she said I can't help you with anything. I did not even ask her my question. All I needed was a Litter pan off the top shelf. 2end time was when I bought 2 litter I asked the lady's to help and a comment was said ''I hate when customers buy the heavy litters bags and make us carry them'' last time I was told by Kay that I can cook the frozen raw food and it would be fine. I bought some at the other location was informed to not cook it because you lose all the benefits. going back to let her know she said that she was right and the other store was telling me lies. This all took place in week and a half. I live about a 3 minute drive to the north location but will not shop there I will drive the 15 to the other location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment, had to pick my dog up. No haircut, just too busy. They put him in a kennel, and he got upset. They could have got me to put a muzxle on him. My dog is a vicious pomchi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I take my two dogs to get their nails trimmed here and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The bulldog is a bit stubborn but she loves the attention and picking out a fun treat after her trim. They are incredibly gentle with my paralyzed frenchie...who also loves the treats and attention!
I have recieved good advice and guidance on the food they have for sale and I always say hi to the adoptable kitties in their window.

And fyi, they don't wear name tags so I noticed a one star review that has a personal name on it and I just wanted to point that out...There has been no issues that I have ever experienced and only caring people go in person or make a phone call when they have a concern. As a business owner, we do our best to help all customers. I only have positive reviews
