★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped off 3600 envelopes to be individually addressed and printed. Owner tells me that he can't work with my microsoft word document and that he will have to convert the file to excel. He said he can do it, but it will take a few weeks. 5 months and 20 phone calls later, I go to his shop to pick up my boxes of envelopes (which were still blank of course). But wait, 3 boxes are missing! He admits to me that he used them for another job. Don't go here, don't use this guy. He is incompetent, a liar and a crook.
