When theirs an issue with our pets, and we speak to rob about them he has a relatable story which is very helpful. I enjoy how knowledgeable he is from reccomendations of catfood, litter or puppy problems. 100% enjoy his reccomendations. I always get my catfood here as the service is always amazing!!!

The guy that my wife and I talked to was very knowledgeable, has a while host of aquariums at his house and was very good with his advice. He wasn't just trying to sell us stuff but was helping us with out decisions. I had done a ton of research and he confirmed everything I had read or seen online. Best shop on town hands down!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the coolest pet stores I've been to. The people here are amazing too. They are very very knowledgeable and the customer service is way above par. Consider this store before going to the chains. If you have any questions this is the place to go. The guys who helped me was very honest and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I asked similar questions at Pet Smart and they were so unenthusiastic and had no knowledge about simple beginners questions concerning fish tank atmospheres. Support our local stores and you will be rewarded with a way better experience. Not to mention the beautiful birds they have in there. One of the most zen places to visit
