★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this store. You can get items you see on TV with no waiting time and you get to have a good look at them before you buy. Very convenient. I always pop in to have a look around whenever I am at the mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there visiting from Edmonton. My daughter and I were talking about how actifry does not work while looking at a total different other product wondering if it would work. Salesperson got very defensive and said it works then proceeds to talk about us behind our backs to the other salesgirl thinking we could not hear her. This was coming from an older woman who you would think would have more professionalism. Don’t go there unless you want to be treated with disrespect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a contractor who fixed a broken door on Feb 7 ,2019 and was told the check was in the mail n would be here in 3-5 business days. It's March 9 and no money n zero communication with this company about the issue. Def the last time I will deal with them in any way. They lied to me and told me it was in the mail. A week later they called and asked for my adress which tells me they didn't send it. Not very trustworthy. From a very unhappy contractor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to enjoy shopping at showcase and would often spend as much as $100 a month. But I have to say how disappointed I am with staff again .Its unfortunate that it seems when you stock a retail location with too many female staff they choose to spend there time gossiping and talking about customers appearances rather than helping people or looking after stock.So occasionally I pick up something but more often I choose to shop across the way or at other stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE going into this store the girls there are always so helpful and their warranty is amazing. My sons happy napper needed to be returned and with zero problem they switched the blanket for a different one no problem. I am a guppy customer thanks ladies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tag of item said on sale for 9.99 then it rang up 21.99 at the till. The cashier told my 12 year old daughter that to get the sale price even though it does not say anywhere on the tag or in the store that she would have to give her email to get the special price. That is horrible thing to do to a child and horrible marketing as well as tags showing incorrect pricing is lying. I will no longer be supporting this store until their corporate changes their lying deceiving pricing strategy as someone who works in customer service lying to a customer is the worst thing you can do
