★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my nose periced few days ago, been disinfecting regularly. The pericing wouldn't stay in my nose, constantly falling out as it wasn't periced incorrectly. Went back in to see whats going on for the lady just to jam the pericing back into my nose. Very swollen, infected and painful.Don't recommend here for any pericings. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was gifted a spa certificate for my daughter and I. Well it turned out that the certificate was for one manicure and one pedicure. So my daughter gave her portion to me since it was my birthday. So Paula seats me down in an old broken down spa chair. She fills up a foot tub and brings it over and proceeds to do her work. After a while the water got cold and I say the water is getting cold she carries on with my pedicure and explains how the chair is broken. No offer of a warm towel or change of water. Then I say I would like something Christmas maybe red tips for my fingernails. Well, she just paints them all red. Halfway through the second hand, she says oh you wanted red tips....I can redo them. Then she tells me how hard it is to do them. It was quite obvious she didn't want to do red tips. Her actions of grabbing my arms and placing them where she wanted with no guidance or grace. When she asked if I felt the spa treatment I said sure it was ok but in all honesty I wanted the experience to be over as soon as possible. I was going by the don't say nothing if you haven't nothing nice to say. I really wanted to complain about the poor service. However, it was my birthday and I didn't want to loose my good spirit to a company that is outdated and unprofessional. My only tip to give to Merle Norman company in Medicine Hat is try hiring people with customer service skills and maybe buy some new towels and spa chairs. Never going back and I will strongly advise anyone not to experience this spas treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my third lobe piercing done here. First off I highly recommend getting all piercings done with a needle instead of a gun. When they were doing my piercing they got the gun stuck halfway through my ear. Now it's been about two months since I got the piercings and I am constantly getting blood blisters behind my piercing because they are done an angle instead of straight through my ear. I have never experienced any blood blisters with my other piercings these are the only ones and the only piercings I have ever gotten done with a gun. I do not recommend going here, I recommend going to an actual tattoo/piercing parlour.

The staff are really nice and make your appointments fly by with great conversations during your time there! I recommend this place to anyone! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I would not recommend getting their earing the 50 dollar ones mine fell off after a couple of week the side which is sad and unfortunate as well as the nose rings they fall off which is sad, I paid a lot of money 50 dollars plus the parching earrings would not recommend go to more reliable people then these It was the blonde lady who pierced my earnings and nose would not recommended, at all !!!!! Their are other better services that provide satisfactory qualities.
