★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and knowledgeable staff in the pharmacy. 100% would recommend to anyone, I switched from Superstore pharmacy to London Drugs pharmacy a few years ago because of bad customer service at Superstore and I've never been disappointed with London Drugs pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love shopping at London Drugs. The variety of seasonal items are always fun to browse. There are great deals rotating everytime I visit. The Manager and Cashiers are consistently polite and cheerful, with great customer service skills. The Pharmasists are professional, informative and kind which makes me feel comfortable. I also enjoy the late hours, for all the night owls out there. Thanks for making my shopping experience a good one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had one item to purchase and expected to be out the door quickly. There were only two cash registers open and several customers waiting to be served. A customer was disputing the requested total of her purchases and wanted to review the several items purchased one by one. Instead of taking her aside and allowing customer service to help her and to allow other customers to be served, the cashier engaged in a lengthy conversation. I finally pointed out that there were several people waiting and asked if the Customer Service attendant could check us through. I was rudely informed that she was waiting on the customer in front of her and I responded that I could see that and repeated my question. I received a sarcastic response in the affirmative and then still had to wait while the "customer service " attendant ignored me as long as possible. I will be taking my business elsewhere, where my patronage is appreciated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super lame to be prepared to buy a camera to find out they only have 2 in stock: 1 returned or 1 display model in stock, and both full price. No one pays full price for a used camera. This is why we all shop online now and don't bother going to stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought A Garmin Vivoactive 4 Smart Watch from London drugs 4 days ago. I didn't fully understand how to properly use it. I then went to the store 2 times to get a assistance but they kept telling me to call garmin. CONNER who works there didn't seem to care about the issue with this item. There staff in electronics have no knowledge of there products that they sell. I even tried to return it but they totally ignored me.
