The woman at the desk was weary about giving me my prescription, she kept asking me questions but wouldn't accept my I.D to prove that it was my prescription, it felt racial to me, when I called about a month ago the person I spoke to was very friendly, I wish I dealt with her instead

it definately has gone downhill quite a bit. the pharmacist assistants definately are hit or miss. there are some fantastic ones and the others well, customer service isnt their strong suit. its a hassle to get prescriptions filled due to this. it seems like a high turnover rate problem. i almost never see the same assistant twice. i am switching pharamacies when i am done with my current prescription. i dont suggest going here, go to the other coop

Will be switching pharmacies. After speaking with my dr about disconnecting a few of my meds I went to pick up a different prescription. The pharmacist asked me if my dr was aware of me stopping my other meds which I confirmed to her that yes my dr was aware. She then waited untill I had left then called my dr in an attempt to rat me out obviously my dr called me and told me. Completely unprofessional. You are not a dr do your job and give people what they need.

Very Very disappointing to have been a CooP member for nearly 20 years, and have been going to the Pharmacy for the same duration - only to find out that when my employer switched to Manitoba Blue Cross, the pharmacy tells me that 'the handful of folks using Manitoba Blue Cross' is NOT worth the manpower to set up an account for direct billing !!!! Never felt so less appreciated than I did at that moment.
