Car got safetied with faulty tires. Went low on pressure the very next day and needs total replacement. I suspected the tire was iffy at first but they refused to acknowledge it and shrugged. They don't really care if they are actually selling you a safe car, they just worry about getting the cars off their hands. STAY AWAY.

George is rude. He was rude from the beginning, didn't even offer us to sit. I asked if it was ok for us to sit and talk.I was trying to help my friend and asked a few questions. He said he only wants to talk to the person with the money and ignored my questions. He literally asked why I was asking questions about the car we were trying to buy. And I actually liked the car. But thanks to George's bad customer service we changed our minds and didn't stay long after that. Don't expect high standards of class. No wonder there are other reviews mentioning rude, shady service. Updated after Victor's response: My friend and I were always behind the protective cover and never close to George less than 2m. Victor is trying to change the subject from the rude behavior of his employee. We, my friend and I, were there together as customers. Interestingly, George asked me to be quite after I started to question the carfax details.

Recently purchased a Fiat from Best Buy. Shortly after my car had an electronic issue which is out out any ones control as I realize that we never know when "things" will just stop working. Georgi and Victor thanks very much for being dedicated to your small business and I know and understand how important customer service is when it comes to small businesses. You definitely made my car purchase a very easy quick transaction without all the pressure sales tactics I have dealt with in the past with other dealers. Buyers beware, about what you'd expect from a classic used car salesman, shady, not professional, poor communication skills and screwed us over on a car purchase. We came in to view a truck that we wanted and it appeared to be in great shape, we agreed on a price with Victor and signed off on the papers to buy it. Best Buy sold the car as safety certified as per the paperwork we signed. We couldn't walk out with the vehicle as they still had to safety it and agreed to give us a call back in a day or two when it was done - seen as a formality. 2 days later still haven't heard from Best Buy Auto, we follow up and are given some spiel from Victor about how they found something wrong with the engine and couldn't sell it to us anymore. Should probably have checked it before selling it as safety certified and signing off on it! Victor did not even have the courtesy to call to let us know that our car purchase had fallen through, would have been nice at the very least. We go in to talk to them in person and George is there, we asked to speak to the mechanic about the issue and he says sure. Then proceeds to call up Victor 'the big boss' and Victor tells him to block us from speaking to the mechanic. Clearly there was a lot of deception going on. Not sure if they sold it to a later customer who came in with a higher amount or what, but I would definitely avoid this business and their unprofessional tactics. Service was rather abrupt and rude throughout, not wearing masks inside. Again, shady used car salesman stereotype rings true. I would not give them my business again.

Looking for a vehicle for my wife, came across Best Buy Auto via the web. Initially dealt with Victor, he was very accommodating, even came in outside of normal business hours to meet our schedule there was no pressure he was very helpful. No problem with me taking asking to take the vehicle to my own mechanic for peace of mind, later dealt with Jorge, he was very friendly and helpful. We went ahead and purchased the vehicle subsequently noticed a few small things and the guys took care of it promptly without any hesitation, or cost we were super happy. Carson is a very good mechanic and explained to me the process and repair they completed. I would highly recommend them with confidence. Thanks guys ???

Very pleased with experience of buying a used car. The car had some manufacturing issues and Best Buy service were able to fix it at no cost and in shortest terms !thank you for your work !!highly recommend

Went to look at a car that was for sale. The pictures showed the car was in excellent shape and the salesman told me the car was in excellent shape. Made an appointment to see the car. When I arrived, the salesman that I was dealing with wasn’t even there. The car was parked in the back corner and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the pictures were taken and in my eyes wasn’t close to excellent shape (clear coat peeling, 10 year old tires, worn/ cracked leather, front fender appeared to have a amateur paint job, pin stripes peeling). add to all of that, I couldn’t get to the passengers side because cars were parked too close to it. The salesman that was there seemed to have no interest in selling the car as he just handed us the keys to look at it ourself. I would ask tons of questions and more pictures before travelling any distance to view their inventory.
