Mirrors - Taps - Sinks - pipes - hosts - lamps - bulbs - doors - windows - screws - nut&bolt - washer & dryer - mats - chairs - cupboards - tools - all construction ? ? ? items and so on,. If I keep on writing I don’t find space to add on ?. These are just basic samples I’m providing. If you visit u can find lot more than expected.
When coming to price, things are not cheap however they lasts for long time.
They have a return policy with proper bills and tags.
Customer service is good enough but most of the times you have to search and grab your own item - that means it is such a large store ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only person competent in this place was Channell. Went to get a bbq, Indian guy was supposedly helping me. Said he'd be back in 10mins but disappeared and never came back. Waited over 30mins and luckily Chanell came to help. They had 8 in stocks but couldn't find it. I told her to call me when she did. 30mins she found it and called. Bought it with a propane tank. After fixing up the bbq the lady showed me where to get the propane. I specifically asked her is this full, she said yes. IT WAS EMPTY!! Had to go back for the 3rd time. Took over 20mins to get a full one. Don't understand why there is over 30ppl working but nobody is really working??? Was very irritating and annoying experience!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've come here maybe 3 times since May 1st, to buy curtains and curtain rods, and most recently to return a rug.
Every time without fail, the employees here treat me like they've caught me stealing. Every single time, someone has been reaching into my bag or running after me after I've just left to ask to see my receipt.
It's really uncomfortable, and I can't imagine they're being paid well enough to be doing it for the money. Idk, I'm not interested in coming back to get disrespected.

This complaint is with regards to the manager by the name of Jim.
I came in for a QOB refund on my stove. An already horrific experience and I met with an associate, who I asked to speak to a manager- the manager Jim was so rude, and short even with the associate. The manager refused to even approach me, an apologize for the inconvenience. I bet if I was Asian he would have been more then helpful. But because both my father and I were brown he immediately turned his back to us. My dad had to walk behind him to get his attention where again he was pretending to package a faucet. I didn’t think managers were supposed to mistreat people. His attitude was absolutely disgusting. I will be bring his to EVERY single media platform because the way I was treated tonight was beyond disturbing. Home Depot- this “manager” deserves to be FIRED!! I can’t even come to imagine the amount of people he’s mistreated. All in all, this has justified my thoughts on Home Depot, NEVER again will I be returning to this location. This man needs a whole lot of training, he needs to be taught how to treat people and most of all he needs to LEARN how to be a manager because he is VERY unfit for his position.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible locstion. Rented a truck two weeks early to the date I needed. I was told I would get an email say of to confirm. No email, so I called. The lady told me my rental was cancelled. Apparently this is a thing they do all the time. Never rent here never .. I was left stranded with no rental for my move. Not to mention the lady in rental on the phone was so rude and seemed as though she had no idea what she was doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received from Mr. MC (flooring department) on my visit today. He was warm and accommodating and was helpful to me. He was very patient in customizing the blinds and shades I had identified.
I hope that this is the kind of service present in your stores permanently as this is what the customers want to have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I DO NOT APPRECIATE GETTING RIPPED OFF. Why does a 22.5 degree elbow for a 3” pipe cost $11.68 and a 45 degree elbow which has more material cost $5.41? What type of stupid pricing is this? You people are already buying this stuff wholesale from China for like 50 cents a piece and selling them for outrageous prices here. I refuse to pay for your brand and won’t be coming back here again. This is a ripoff
