★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely impressed with the customer service and assistance I received from Sonny at this Bell store. I was very close to closing my Bell business account after speaking with Bell’s head office. I spoke with Sonny and he set me up with brand new phones and a much better plan. I highly recommend visiting this location if you need anything cell phone related.

For the last few days I've been trying to upgrade my phone with my prior company telus they wanted hundreds of dollars for taxes! well that wasn't going to happen i called bell customer service wasn't good and i still wasn't happy, I went into bell (team wireless) today within minutes sunny had a better deal, no down payment, and the iphone 12 pro max ready to be ordered and switch my phone number from telus to bell even with some technical difficulties, and me having to leave mid process to pick up my oldest son from school, sunny made it work!! this man deserves a raise!!!! thank you for the best customer service I've gotten in long time!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome customer service. Was going to just buy my phone online through Bell.ca but decided to call the Bell Store in Courtenay. Talked with Sonny over the phone who was most informative about the different iPhones, so much so that I drove 40 minutes into town to attend the store and meet with him. Decided on which which I wanted then Sonny knowing I was technologically challenged, helped me move all my data from the old phone to the new one, which saved me hours of frustration and possible save my phone from getting thrown out a window. A pleasure to deal with and welcomed me back if I had any issues whatsoever. I will definitely be recommending Bell Mobility and particularly Sonny from this Courtenay location.

I received a phone call from Sunny a few days prior because he recognized that I have been a long time client and my plan was a bit out dated, not only did he help me upgrade my phone but he also helped me get a much cheaper monthly plan. Fantastic customer service!
