Lock there outside doors now during off hours, really annoying as I make regular business deposits and dont feel comfortable depositing on side of the building. Then today I could not even make a cash deposit. I dont know why they started locking the door but it has really become inconvenient to us this location which is the easiest for me to get to.

Horrible and tricky. Wanda said NSF fee will be reimbursed in my saving with a forcedly smile on her face: but I was charged that fee via my credit card. Next day. I don’t how she dared this, illogical! Be careful and double check every banking with her.

I had an appointment with the bank officer in beginning of August and was told someone would call me back with an update to schedule second appointment. Now it's September 19th and I haven't received a single call or email. Still waiting as I am curious if they will ever call (done the business with another bank already) Same old TD service, no wonder they have 2 star rating.

The Worst Experience Ever! Never had such a bad and rude customer care! Both the representative and the manager and her name is Michele Deukett were so rude and lazy to do their job, that they made every excuse but not to the the job! We came in 10min before the close to do a regular business wire transfer, which was already preset, all you need is put the amount in and confirm, done sent. They spent 5 min trying to make a rule, that you need at least 15min for it, instead of do their job we pay through our bank fees! And we have several business accounts each as well as personal. If that continues, there is no need in TD services, we will witch. Michele’s behavior as a manager is UNACCEPTABLE! She must take care of the customers and make their business easy with TD, but not the opposite! DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!!!

A teller, Tomi attitude was so terrible. When I visit in the morning before branch open, there has 3 more waiting customers and I in front of door. When Tomi see the customer then he shake head right and left with sigh. You guys do not want to get more customer!? If you don't like customer coming, just stay home and watch TV until you want to get a customer!!!!

Walked in at 1040 on a weekday. Two tellers were serving customers while 3 employees sat at a computer and didn’t even great the customers in line. 4 people in line and didn’t move. Left after 5 minutes. Poor customer service! Do better TD

This rate for the bank itself, they offer you to open an account online then you can't use it till you go to the bank!!! So what is the point from opening the account online then !!! After calling the customer services and waited on hold for 25 min the agent who was helping me asked me to visit a branch to solve the issue with a photo id and next day I went to the branch with a photo ID and agent asked me for 2 peace of ID which the customer service agent didn't mentioned to me.!! What a joke . I don't have the name of the agent who was helpingme at branch " he is Asian " no name tags and with attitude when he is talking to me

If i could give 0 stars to this location, I would totally give 0 stars. I came on monday with my dad to deposit 5 cheques worth of $6800 into a trust account. We use that account for sponsorship and we had to wait 10 mins in the line up for someone to help us. We go to him and hand him the cheques and ask him to deposit them into our trust account. He takes forever to deposit them. And of course, we are being very patient. We waited, waited, he finally deposited and gave us the paper works and receipts back. As me and my dad are heading out, he asks how much the total is not in the bank account it’s supposed to be $16,800, i told him no, he only deposited $5000 and there is only $15,000 in our trust account. We came back and had to line up and wait another 20 minutes in the line up. Got really upset with the teller and said he will fix it within today. It is really unacceptable that we trust these bank tellers with our money and they don’t even deposit the correct amount into our account. Unacceptable!!!! All he said was I’m sorry my mistake. Yes of course it is your mistake. He can’t even do a basic math…. It was my break time from my workplace. He said it may take couple hours but he will contact me within the same day and get it resolved ASAP. He did not contact us that day, i had to call the bank and his manager Alysha or Alissia i don’t know the spelling, she said she has been working on it and it takes more than a day to get it fixed. She promised me that she will contact me on Tuesday. I waited Tuesday all day, Wednesday all day and no calls!!!!!my money is basically in the air and the staff don’t have any sense of urgency. I clearly told them this is for sponsorship this is not for me. Now, the sponsorship application is delayed because of the staff at this location. I will never trust this bank location anymore. I understand that people make mistakes but what if i didn’t notice? My money would have been $1800 less, to some $1800 must be nothing. For us it’s a big money. I had to call the branch back again today, a gentleman picked it up and said he is also the manager will look into the matter. He told me he will call me within couple of hours but i do not trust anyone at this branch anymore. I just want my money to be deposited into my account ASAP. They wasted my work time on monday and my time today. Why should i be the one calling them when they’re supposed to be calling me to give me an update? Absolutely ridiculous. This branch had the lowest rating for poor customer service and staff management.
