Nobody answers when you call the main line, nobody returns your call when you leave a message, advisors don't answer calls or call back. It's like they are going out of their way to say "take your investment cash elsewhere".... ok, I will. If this is how they deal with potential customers, I can only imagine what a nightmare their customer service is once you're with them.
