Dealt with professionally from my arrival until my departure. As a Respiratory tech since 1970s i know quality when I see it. I've been in other clinics with lesser care and patient relationships. If there's masks and sanitizers handy, help yourself and there were.

I recommend AVOIDING THIS CLINIC! I was referred to Dr. Braganza for specific issues that I was having with my lungs. Not only was he late for every one of my appointments, (between 30 and 90 minutes late,) but Dr. Braganza also made unacceptable errors in my treatment. He charted that I was taking medications that I had never once been prescribed or used, (which I only found out when I requested a copy of my file,) and he refused to address the actual reason for my referral. He completely dismissed concerns that I brought to him, (stating, "If I don't know, I just say I don't know,") and he lectured me at every appointment about getting rid of my pets, even though they had nothing to do with my health issues. At one point during my treatment, I started experiencing extreme pain in my lungs after he increased the dosage on my meds. I tried calling for weeks to get an appointment, and even though the receptionist confirmed that my messages were being received, his staff wouldn't return my calls. When I FINALLY got through, they told me that Dr. Braganza was studying for exams and didn't want to see/speak to patients until later the following month. In the meantime, I wasn't allowed to see another doctor at their clinic without a referral, which would then take several months to get booked, according to the Receptionist. I can't emphasize enough how unprofessional and neglectful I found Dr. Braganza to be, and how incompetent his staff were. The staff failed to update my information multiple times, (resulting in my information being mailed to the wrong address,) and they also sent my reports to the wrong doctor. They booked appointments without my knowledge or consent, they continuously failed to return my calls, and they were just plain unfriendly... especially the receptionist and the woman who does the breathing tests. I have since started treatment at another clinic, and WOW, what a difference!! I think all patients deserve better care than what I received at Vita Diagnostics, and I recommend doing your homework before seeing a specialist like this. I DO NOT recommend this office, or Dr. Braganza.

Nothing great about this place. Staff talking and laughing while i was waiting past my booked time. When arrriving on time as expected of you, staff shd provide same consideration. Had to give my credit card info a hold for 2k! But when you return the 2000$ device, they dont provide your form back or give a receipt it was returned. Just put it in that box i was told. Wld be easy to hand it back on return. When asked for credit card imprint back, was told they will destroy it. Window tonreturn device is notbteade reasonable .45min window 07-815. Not a friendly place. Very controlling andbrestrictive practices for loaning equip.

ABOSULETLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE. DO NOT VISIT! They call you up for the appointment last minute and when you run a few minutes late due to their poor scheduling, they cancel the whole appointment. Do not go ever for your own sanity. And I drove from out of town it didn't bother them one bit. Zero empathy. Lots of similar experiences. BEWARE!

Waited for more than 2 hours after arrive early to avoid the $50 late or no show charge. They checked in after I had followed up with reception with a β€œdon’t worry, you’re next…I think”. It seems as if the cardiologist tried to fit in lunch before seeing us (we met with the doctor after 12:15pm for a 10:30am appointment). Appointment was rushed, and walked away without a diagnosis, prognosis or further testing (they know something is wrong but they don’t know what and they’re not going to investigate). β€œI was seeing a lot of very sick people this morning.” This is not a walk in or emergency clinic people have appointments. β€œIt’s not normal but it’s not worrisome…” β€œif I were you I would just ignore it.” If it’s not normal I feel it is worrisome! It’s a very clean and well funded clinic, but they obviously overbooked or double booked to afford this. Stick with your GP or ask for referrals elsewhere. I feel this appointment was a waste of my time he could have forwarded this information to my GP in an email or even a 140 character tweet (guess he wouldn’t have been able to bill out if he did that though)

My care under Dr. Lim has been life-changing and I cannot say enough about this thoughtful and balanced approach. He is always very attentive and ensures he answers all of my questions to the best of his ability. His humility is something that also sets him apart as he's clearly expert in his field. I feel very blessed to have been referred to him and am grateful for all he has already done for me (and by extension, my family).

I had a scheduled appointment at 8:45 AM. On the morning of the first snowfall in YYC. Left in plenty of time. Accidents everywhere. I called in at 8:45 to let them know I would be late. They said I had a 15 minute window. I walked in the office at 9 AM. Only to find out I had to walk down to the other hallway to the correct reception at which time they told me that I was too late and that they would have to reschedule. And even though I called she seemed surprised that I was late. In other words her partner at the desk didn’t even tell her I had called. I had to move mountains to make this appointment happen. Not possible for me to change my schedule in the next week or so. There is no such thing as service in the medical services industry. Whatsoever. I am convinced. I also called my doctor and asked for a referral to another clinic and suggested he ask for patient feedback and read Google review before referring.

Had two tests, an echocardiogram and a treadmill stress test. Other than having to wait past my scheduled time (but isn't that normal for every health clinic in Alberta???) I have nothing but praise for the staff. A special bouquet to Lisa who put me through the torture on the treadmill, she's a special lady.... friendly, competent, thorough.
