Pathetic service from the lady branch manager's end. She not only insulted me in front the staff and other clients and was not helpful in any way at all. I will sue the branch.

The worst TD branch and branch Manager. Transferring my account to another bank just because the non professional behavior of the branch manager.

Went in to transfer a large sum of money from a RPP, had to open an account at the branch level. That was on November 27. Had no follow up or update until I went in person on Dec 21. β€œPar” said he had to re fax some docs, I waited in his office for 30 mins and got nothing done. Said he would call. Nothing. I called asking for the branch manager to call me. Par emailed me and he was on vacation... Almost 2 months still don’t have the account set up and they have I idea where my cheque is which was sent on Dec 1 to Waterhouse. If I could could give a 0 star I would.

I would just like to say what an excellent employee you have in Loans Officer P.J. Gunness. She renewed my Mortgage with TD a few months ago and it was a very pleasant experience. Last week I was in with my Son in order to open him an account and get a direct deposit slip for his new employer for the following day. I had forgotten that it was the last day of February and the bank would be swamped with RRSP deadlines. As I was being told that it wouldn't be possible to open a new account today, PJ came up and said hello and that she would make a few minutes available to set us up. She was very Professional, Knowledgeable, Precise and caring in the way she handled our needs. All banks should learn from her. You have a great employee in PJ and I will be moving all of my banking to this branch just because of her. I currently just have my Mortgage account at this location, however, my savings and investments will be going to PJ and this branch of the TD Canada Trust just because of P.J.Gunness. Thanks

I came in Dec 31st to deposit rent cheques because TD is closed New Years Day. Because they are dated for Jan 1st they said they cannot deposit them. They said I can come back on Jan 2nd or they can hold them and deposit them for me on the 2nd and charge me for each cheque they hold. I feel this customer service is completely inappropriate and taking advantage. It's a great way to lose customers and get poor reviews. Maybe one day they'll realize they're in business because of customers.

Terrible customer service, I have given this branch a chance over and over, yet, I leave frustrated every time. Long waiting times, little problem resolution and no motivation to help. Much better service and care at the Macleod trail branch.

It's taken over 3 weeks for them to deposit a cheque into my rsp account, and it's still not in the correct account. I know stuff had to go through another team for these transactions, but over three weeks is ridiculous. This is the first time I'm banking with TD, (besides when I was a teenager), and I will not go to TD for any of my other banking needs, including getting a mortgage. This wouldn't normally affect me, but I'm using some of these funds to purchase my first home and through various errors along the way, it's pushed back my possession date. So everyone can apologize all they want for the continuous errors, but it doesn't change that you may be the reason I miss out on purchasing the perfect home. By that point the damage will already have been done and there's not a heck of a lot anyone can do about it. It makes me wonder if because my accounts are so small that I'm not taken seriously? The LIRA was 27k and the RSP was 13k so I wonder if I had more money in the account if things would have turned out better. I was looking for somewhere to become fully banked and bring my $35k TFSA, but I wonder if because that amount is small that they'll not treat it as a priority. I would not recommend TD, the people are friendly enough but when it comes to my money I'd like there not to be this many errors.
