L	Lee Croft on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TD bank has and is one of the best banks I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I don't know why everyone is leaving such negative reviews, it makes me wonder if user error is the reason for many of these bad review scores. Every encounter with an employee either in person or over the phone has been very helpful, my issues are often resolved very quickly, the representative are often eager and willing to help and have your best intentions in heart. I would highly recommend this bank to my close friends and family.
A	Albi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering the bank business competition in the mall, TD actively encourages their clients to take their business to other branches. Not only is there no privacy for the clients; there is no respect. Instead of discussing important financials matters in an office setting, the manager Michele revoked my privacy by making the conscious decision to discuss matters in an open setting: the waiting area full of people. After stating I will be leaving to another bank since my needs will not be fulfilled here - despite resolving the issues presented years ago and spending hundreds of dollars to fix the situation, which might I add, the representative I spoke to at the time stated I was the victim, she, Michele, undermined my business completely. She proceeded to bring me to the front desk where I would cancel my account, only to disrespect me and my confidentiality by having a group of staff members surrounding her. The staff members are incredibly ill-mannered and do not by any means necessary have what it takes to run a business.

J	Jeff Kahane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the new remodelled location just across hall from the old one. Easy access to bank machines after mall hours is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. The new look is less bank like and very bright and comfortable. It’s an improvement.
A	A J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So badly set up. They lock the doors giving no access to the ATMs, and the other two in the branch are out of order. I don’t want to stand in line for 30 minutes to take out cash. Get it together!
C	Christopher St.Louis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't hold my TD checks from my employer to My TD business account here like one other bank. The parking is annoying here at Chinook. The line ups aren't long but usually wait a long time while 3 employees stand there to greet people? Honestly I'm sick of TD, I've been going there for 22 years and they are horrible at everything. They get frauded constantly, they hold certified checks, TD checks and bank drafts. What's the point of Certifying a check or getting a bank draft? lol. It's impossible to get loans or consolidate debt. When I go to another bank to get the check certified for TD they laugh and say they wouldn't hold it. I'm probably going to go to a Credit union, First Calgary, or Alberta Treasury. At least I will be treated with respect and members are part owners or the money goes back to the people as a publicly owned bank. This is one of the better branches but they need to work on their wait times.
C	Ciprian Rauta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not helpful whatsoever even when provided with all required information. Closed my account with them a year ago and now needing statements from the account. Gave them ID and account number, however they state they can't provide statements because it was a joint account and the other account holder has to be physically present at the bank. Well, the other account holder is my ex and she's not in the country. She'd have to fly in for that. So I'm pretty much being told there's no resolution to this. Let's go back to pen and paper people, what's the point in being fully digitalized if you're still asking for papers and people in person? Happy I left this bank and moved somewhere else.
