I was shocked never dealth with this type of scenario.

E	Emma Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give negative stars if I could. Horrible customer service. Tries to stop you with every excuse of false policies when you try to withdraw money. Pretty sure that's borderline illegal. Don't ever bank here or open an account here. I don't trust this bank.

First time they gave my business two weeks to find a new bank and line of credit because they didn’t like the sector I was working in (defence and security). I had to scramble and settle for questionable financing because of this issue and this severely impacted my operations. Second time they denied my mortgage renewal because they said they were getting out of the business of recreational property mortgages, leaving me scrambling to find another bank and secure a mortgage in only a couple weeks. The staff are friendly but their corporate policies are FICKLE. Take your business elsewhere!!!!!
R	Rocky Park on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to share my great experience. The Assistant Manager, Reta Norrish, went over, and above. I am not even a HSBC account holder, and they handled a HSBC matter that I got stuck dealing with, and treated me better than my current bank does. Thank you!
R	Rick B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service at this location has always been friendly and quick. There's good parking outside and so it's very accessible. One thing I absolutely hate is when a bank asks me why I'm withdrawing cash or where I got the cash - it's like I'm being accused of something and there's zero respect for privacy. Other HSBC branches in the city do this but this one doesn't - something I really appreciate.
