★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone becareful for this company!!!! Gerry is not confident and is a dangerous broker.
He makes false contracts that allow you to place offers to houses to than come and tell you ratios dont work. (3 month preperation on Gerrys part) ended up getting the house in 48 hours work with another broker since Gerry left us empty handed 3 hours before presenting the check to the sellers realtor.
Everyone please be careful.

I have held a mortgage for over 20 years now and in all my dealings with bank and their rates ( no thanks! ) a mortgage broker is the way to go. I have used Gerry on two occasions now and he has always been looking out for my best interest (literally) needs and set me up twice with what suites me and my family. He is very professional, highly engaged and knows just how to get the product line best for you as an individual! By the way - little tidbit - by using a mortgage broker, your credit score is tapped once versus if you go and do your own homework at the banks yourself, your credit is looked into at each bank. While you may believe you're doing your due diligence, this can be frowned upon because you may look like a "Credit seeker" even though you're just trying to get the best rate. None the less, use Gerry at Alberta Mortgages and reduce your stress and worrying!
