Customer now for 10 years for 2 children in TLC program. Sad to say overall customer service levels have always been dismal. Year after year average waiting times are over an hour. Staff try their best and are polite with one on one service. Management should plan better for back to school peak periods. It's always the same issue each year. Unfortunately this is the only option for the uniforms with logo. If there was an alternative, I'm sure a majority of parents would go elsewhere. Follow-up: Management response clearly indicates non-accountability and no sincere desire for improvement. If only there was competition for the logo uniforms, I would not go back to this business.

Fantastic store. Team are great. Layout is professional. And super efficient. Pleasure shopping here. Other retailers should be more like McCarthys Uniforms ?

Awful system they have in place, implementing their own covid protocol and store capacity meanwhile thet rest of the province has taken the restrictions off. Parents have to wait outsidefor hours while the manageris completely rude. Get your act together

Great service and always organized but very pricey. I am not sure if I should do this or how to actually reply to your message, but I just decided to give you a detailed message to my review. I gave you a 4-star because I believe your quality is good. But the pant I got from you faded in 4weeks period, don’t forget that kids play a lot and I had to buy same pant from The Children’s place and till date, I spend just $10 buying it from Walmart and no complaint. As regards the tops, I wish I could create the logo then I’ll source locally for the sweater & vest. My son is 6 but wears size 10 because he’s chubby so kids grow quickly and outgrow it. Now, a friend in my church whose kids are no longer in the uniformed school had to send theirs to us so since my purchase for kindergarten till date, I’ve not visited your shop again. Thank you for your response. ?

Worst store i have ever experienced. Do not value their customers or time. Shame they have a monopoly on the school uniform market. The schools should get together and select a different vendor or force change. Plan to waste at least half a day dealing with this store.

Very much satisfied with customer service. They have enhanced protocol for sanitization though restrictions are lifted. Also the staff is very friendly and explains you the deals nicely. Thank you for such a nice customer service.

With the bad reviews I saw online, I was so worried going into the store today. The experience I had was definitely a 5star experience. When I got there I was greeted politely and advised that there were some people before me. My name and number was taken and I went into my car to wait. I was called on my phone when it was my turn. Irene, who assisted my daughter and I was very professional and treated us with respect. She truly listened and went above and beyond to make our experience a pleasant one. Thank you Irene, the nice gentleman at the door( I am sorry I didn't ask his name) and everyone else at the store today!

The 2 Star experience is solely on the business policies they have. When everything is fully open in the province, they still are limiting people in the store. I understand the first come first serve policy but the most annoying part is you need 2 to 3 hours before you get served (If you are lucky) during the week days and 3- 4 hours on the weekend. It's hard for people to visit the store in the morning who work 8-5 during the week days. Since the store is open till 6 only they don't take any more people after 5:20 - 5:25. One person is standing outside with a sign up sheet and talking to customers telling them they can't enter the store because they are not serving more customers. Few suggestions below for better customer service Either open up a second branch in the city so people doesn't have to drive all the way and come back when there is still 45 minutes to close. If first come first serve is the only option, consider taking appointments over the phone so people book a time slot and visit the store. Hire more staff during the busy time. Adjust the hours to cover more evening time. i.e. Instead of 10-6, may be try 12-8 to offer more coverage in the evening during week days (May be just for about 2 or 3 weeks prior to new school season) Use the staff efficiently, One person standing outside with pen and paper in hand waiting for people to come back who were already there again doesn't help. That staff member could potentially help the walk in customers during those intervals. We have wasted 2 to 3 hours in the last few days and trying to suggest better practice for better customer care. TIP: Never thought you will be in and out of the store in no time, you will need 2 to 3 hours to get this mission done during the busy season.
