About UniFirst Uniform Services - Calgary
UniFirst is ISO certifying all of its service facilities to ensure consistent quality of products and service for our customers. UniFirst's primary business objective is to provide its customers with only the best services possible, along with great-looking, image-enhancing uniforms, work clothing, and facility service items.
To accomplish that goal, we're committed to having each of our customer-servicing plant operations earn the internationally recognized ISO 9001 certification. The majority of our company-owned manufacturing facilities also operate within ISO 9001-certified quality management systems. ISO certification requires operations to document and follow workflow processes in detail in order to maintain ongoing maximized efficiencies in processes and productivity.
ISO certifications can only be earned (and maintained) following in-depth quality and conformance audits by a recognized third-party certifying authority. UniFirst maintains 260 facilities throughout North America. By having our plants ISO certified, we help ensure a consistency of quality that supports our commitment to providing best-in-class service and products to all of our customers.

But what made dealing with them "awesome" was the fantastic service and rapport we developed with Dave Boyle, who was our field rep. It's not a lie to say we always looked forward to his visits, knowing we would inevitably share some laughs) ! We know he took a new position within the company, but our team misses him, and we sincerely wish Dave all the best!

We are always sent a knowledgeable technician/representative with a smile on their face. Currently our representative is Sam and he happily answers any questions that we may have. He is always prepared and won't hesitate to recommend any improvements he thinks will benefit us.

He makes sure that we have our paper towel , hand soap, mats or even air fresheners. He lets me know if there are any products that can benefit our shop. He is always friendly and kind.. never in a bad mood which is nice bright and early in the morning. :) Fantastic job Mark!! Keep up the great work.

We would not hesitate at all to recommend their services. Our sales rep Ozzy who took over our route last year really is amazing. He is always upbeat, friendly, approachable, and communicative with all aspects of the services we receive. He and the past reps that we have had really go above and beyond at any opportunity and are quick to resolve any issues that have come about.

Their uniforms fit well, are comfortable, and are serviced in a timely manner. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a linen service, they have been top notch! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gentleman thats comes by is so great, But the call center/ acct dept is brutal to deal with. To cancel acct its quit the process then you send registered letter to cancel and they just refuse to sign it and send back. What terrible business practices was with them for over 10 years then i found out i was being over charged
