Car wash is not working. The staff refused refund.

The service station is okay good location. However the Tim Hortons inside is very dirty

Horrible carwash it is not touchless even when I select touchless in the app. Also, the carwash's directions on what to do with your car is not functioning properly and my car will not go into the carwash even when I am in natural. Overall a very bad carwash. Avoid at all cost.

Since when has shopping through the front windows been a standard thing! Can’t even buy an item at a shell! Wow how Shell has become a disappointment of late

I have never seen a shell in my life thats always says washroom is out of order we fill gas from There all the times but this is to much getting answers all the time the washroom is down if its like that shut ur doors and go home Seriously shame on you guys. Change ur attitude towards customers and drivers.

Absolutely worst customer experience i have ever encountered at a shell gas station. On march 5, 2020, I forgot to pick up my receipt and called to see if it was possible to have my receipt printed off and the employee on the phone was in such a rush and was annoyed at the fact that i even called and without me even finishing my question he had shut the phone in my face. I had called back and was extremely mad at the fact he shut the phone in my face and his response was “ i am busy thats why I shut the phone in your face” Absolutely terrible customer experience i dont recommend going to this gas station at all. And after seeing their terrible reviews this review i wrote just confirms that this shell gas station needs to work on customer experience

April 8, 2022 - follow up Shell Customer Service's intervention was a waste of 2 weeks of my time and did not accomplish anything. Honestly do not know why they even sent a note requesting further details. The result is still the same. My car has over $9000 damage..yes, that is not a typo. This Shell Station at 5919 Macleod Trail maintains that it is not their fault, therefore must be my fault. It's a big number and that is why I suspect that their Insurance Company - Crawford and Company - does not want anything to do with this. It is unbelievable to ruin someone's car then throw their hands up in the air and claim..'not our fault'. There are no sensors, no automatic turn off, no guidance what-so-ever on how to enter the car wash and no automatic turn off if vehicle is not aligned. WHAT A JOKE. Be very very careful when using this service and don't think for a minute that this station or their parent company will step up to the plate and assume responsibility...all about bottom line and they hope this will fade away over time and all will be well again. Has anyone else experienced this? Crawford and Company has told me that I am the only one that this has ever happened to..I find that very hard to believe. March 11, 2022 - Went through the Car Wash..no direction to 10" wide channel that driver's side tires are supposed to be located, no mirrors, no sensors, no automatic shut-off. This Car Wash pulled my car 'sideways' through the wash. No way to go forward, no way to go backwards, no way to stop. As a result, the brush roller mechanism on passenger side damaged my front door, back door and rear quarter panel to the tune of $9000!! Shell's Insurance (Crawford and Company) has denied any responsibility saying 'Use Car Wash at own risk'. Other Car Washes has a sign that says 'Back up', 'Stop', 'Go forward', etc..not this one..use at your own risk. This is a classic case of big company with lots of money digging their heels in. The Shell employees were very helpful. Crawford and Company were very NOT helpful. Remember..USE AT YOUR OWN RISK..and don't think that Shell's Insurance has your back..only interested in bottom line not their customers.

I went for a car wash not 20 minutes ago. I followed the lady’s instructs perfectly but there seems to be a mechanical issue with the automatic drive function of the car wash. After I put the code in, I put the car in neutral, the car moved on the track like normal but didn’t stop! I almost collided with the vehicle in front of me!! So scary I go inside to explain this to the lady that sold me the car wash. She said I must have done something wrong because it works for everyone else. She would not give me a new code, she would not refund the wash. It has to be my fault because it wasn’t her fault. I understand that she did nothing wrong, I explained that I also did nothing wrong but my car isn’t even wet let alone clean. Her only solution was to buy a new car wash. One car wash for the price of two. No thank you. I will not ever go back. I hope that if you try this car wash, it actually works for you.
