★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Worst Experience Ever!
Never had such a bad and rude customer care! Both the representative and the manager and her name is Michele Deukett were so rude and lazy to do their job, that they made every excuse but not to the the job!
We came in 10min before the close to do a regular business wire transfer, which was already preset, all you need is put the amount in and confirm, done sent.
They spent 5 min trying to make a rule, that you need at least 15min for it, instead of do their job we pay through our bank fees! And we have several business accounts each as well as personal.
If that continues, there is no need in TD services, we will witch.
Michele’s behavior as a manager is UNACCEPTABLE! She must take care of the customers and make their business easy with TD, but not the opposite!
DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!!!
