★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will be lucky if one or two tills are open. If you like to waste time in line you will love this branch. chinook is one of the busyest malls in the city why only two tills open. there are always at least a few other employed lurking around with nothing to do. THIS BANK SUCKS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually go to other branches to do my business but only once I went to this branch and boy I have bad experience.
The Filipino lady that served me was so rude and not polite. Start asking me personal questions, most of the time was talking about her family and her cousins. I went to open bank account and had to listen to her talking about her cousins for 10 min. If anyone from the management is reading this, please refer her to shrink.
Will never ever visit this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unfortunately this branch has failed on many occasions to be reasonable and understanding. I hold a business account and am just starting out. I have come to the manager of this locations with many inquiries and being the manager, she threw her hands up and refused to help. Again with a new business and limited options, I would expect some understanding and customer service. ATB is a great bank and we have moved our business to another branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This applies specifically to the Chinook branch, as I had stellar customer service from the location at Deerfoot Meadows. Staff were rude and condescending, and not helpful at all. I just required a simple account holder change, but was told that was not possible on our account. We would have to close it completely and open a new account. So frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to find your location and tried calling multiple times. No answer. Was not able to contact of find location. Does not give direction in mall. Garbage idea of a bank location. Cibc and cmo and all your other banks have easy access. This address takes you to wrong location claims bank is in middle of road and won't say where in the mall bank is located. Absaloutly garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. They had a flaw in the system in which one month they took out 265,000 from my Other account at another bank. for the mortgage. I don’t even have overdraft. The entire mortgage. Left us with nothing. Balance was -275,000. Cleaned us right out. Wife called. They fixed the problem over the phone. They gave me back 295,000 in which case was wrong again so as an honest person we called them and they corrected the problem. Once you maintain a good relationship with them they will bend over backwards for you.
