Friday afternoon and only 2 tellers working with 8 people in line. Manager did come and ask what people where there for and stated it would only be a couple min. Waiting 25 min (and counting) for a bank draft.

I have used BMO for 30 years so I thought I would attempt to be a loyal customer . I have been dealing with Chris G. who I have basically have to harass to get a response from or to move anything forward. When I did finally get the completed documents the information we discussed was incorrect. I e-mailed Chris who asked me what the correct information should be. (I believe it is his job to have that information available to him). I responded but have not head back since. Please save yourself the frustration. If you need to deal with this branch ask for anyone but Chris G as I have had good service there in the past.

EDIT 09/29/21: The branches assistant manager reached out to me this morning to provide clarification and communication about the situation and why there was delays. Provided a solution and answers to all my questions. Hopefully the previous issue is a one off due to the unexpected circumstances. Original Review: Unacceptable level of customer service. It's been 28 days and there's still not a response from the branch manager regarding my inquiries. The mortgage specialist latently lied about reimbursements and then when asked about them at a later date find out they no longer work for BMO. Either they lied for the commission and then moved jobs once they received their payments, or were fired for incompetence. Now no-one will return my calls or emails.

My 80 year old father misplaced his credit card and called BMO/MASTERCARD to let them know and put the card on hold. He was told that for security purposes they COULD NOT HELP HIM!!!! My dad was trying to safeguard THEIR money and they are so dense they won't help. I had to go into this branch and their assistant bank manager (Muhammad) did in minutes what Mastercard was unable to do. Mastercard should be embarrassed by their lack of professionalism and customer service. Their representatives on the phone should be FIRED.

In-person, deposited a cheque from a solicitors’ trust account which is insured monies, to ensure the money was in my account immediately. At the counter, the BMO attendant stated I would have to wait 5 business days. I explained that my lawyer stated that should not have been the case. He further stated that he would call the office and get the cheque cleared and take the hold off prior to the 5 days. After 5 business days, the money is still not available. Poor service and commitment.

Worst BMO location I have ever experienced. I have been with BMO for over 6 years, and this location is closest to my work. Therefore, I tried making this my primary location. However, if you aren't already an active customer of theirs and they don't already know you it is a challenge to get anything done. Good luck. Every other location I have gone to welcomed any transaction of mine with open arms. Staff here needs an update on customer service.

Absolutely terrible branch!! Been with BMO my whole banking life and have liked them, not this branch. Just by convenience of where I was I popped in and deposited 2 cheques and waited in line to ask a teller a question, she just looked at me with dough eyes. The next day I looked I was on line banking and I noticed one of the cheques was cancelled. I tried calling the branch and of course no answer, even the sequence of responses electronically is laughable. I've been in contact with BMO customer service (who are fabulous), they can't even get in contact with the branch and escalated the situation to have a branch assistant manager contact me. Today is now 2 weeks and I've heard nothing. These people do not care about you and do not care about customer service. The leadership at this branch need to be replaced!
