H	Hypnotic War on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were going to hold a entire 540$ because of a 4$NSF fee & I have been with this branch for 7+ years they told me I was overdraft but have money in the account & said it was because of PayPal but only owe 4$ to my paypal which is being Transferred. Horrible service on TD’s behalf & I’m a loyal customer now thinking of switching to another Bank.
J	Jessie Kwk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, the worst experience I have ever had at TD. The staff are inexperienced and unwilling to give their clients the time of day. I booked an hour long appointment with them and not even 15minutes into the appointment, they tell us their next appointment is here and we would have to leave. Fine. So we come back. Unfortunately, the next person is inexperienced and honestly made me doubt their expertise. Go to another TD where people respect you, your time, and actually know what they're talking about.

The rep knew nothing about my credit card application and just kept telling me to call the service centre because they don't know what to do. Called their customer centre and the information was opposite of what the branch rep gave me. Awful and a waste of time.
