When she went to get them put on for this winter they said she needed all new tires for $1700. Funny how you didn't think to tell her in the spring when you took them off. Not to mention a couple winters ago you lost her tires. I'd give you 0 stars if I could

So you do not have to worry. . The parts department has all the parts and replacement items. You may need for your vehicle. They also sell accessories. The sales department has all new model cars. As well as used vehicles to fit your budget. The staff are very friendly and courteous and knowledgeable. If you're looking for an over-the-top experience come to Taylor Automall. You won't be disappointed.
W	Warped Pulley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife comes here to get service done for the preowned car she bought. I don't agree with all the service recommendations. They do listen so they should be commended for listening to the customer. I appreciate this. But, most recently the car was serviced and whoever did the service noticed the car was set to SiriusXM channel 62 which is a bluegrass country station, not only did they changed the channel to hip-hop on the satellite radio, but they also changed the channel on the FM radio to whatever multicultural channel we have here in Kingston. I don't know what kind of message were sending by changing 2 bands of my radio stations but to very specific stations that they knew I wouldn't like - as if it were a prank or something bigotted. It's inappropriate to change customer stations unless the car needs to be reset or if the battery was replaced. Also, the driver's seat stunk like someone's pants needed changing. Yes... I don't believe these are Taylor's values, but someone in there did it and seemed like they wanted to tick off a guy who likes country music, as do a lot of Canadians. It's not big deal, but I never had my channels changed by anybody servicing any of my vehicles before. We will be going to Taylor for the next little while, so I hope that the next time the drivers doing whatever to the car do not get carried away again.

For anyone who brings their car in, especially if you have no knowledge of car mechanics....BEWARE. They will try to rip you off. For those who bring their vehicle in and are a more "well educated consumer".... AUDIT their work to ensure they actually DID the proposed work you are paying for. Make sure they are not overcharging for unnecessary things or even charging for something that does not belong in your make of vehicle. Make sure that they even LOCK your vehicle while doing work because often they do not and just leave the vehicle in their lot. (remove all valuables!) To top it off, they have terrible customer service. They "don't have time" for a paying customer to make legitimate complaints. How disappointing. This is a horrible dealership that should be reported. I must stress..... If you are educated on automobile mechanics (which will surprise them), audit their work. You wont be happy. This is a very disturbing example of a car dealership actively trying to make money from the public (and people's ignorance) not being familiar with vehicle mechanics. I'm sorry but if I'm a nurse, I have a different skill set and actually TRUST in these companies to be honorable. This one is NOT.
